Ottawa Gatineau Printmakers Collective @ Nepean Creative Arts Centre


Exhibition of the Ottawa Gatineau Printmakers Collective

The Nepean Creative Arts Centre currently displays Stone to Plastic: A 200 Year Journey, an exhibition of lithographs by the Ottawa Gatineau Printmakers Collective.



Not only the traditional technique of stone lithography is on view, but also other new lithographic trends. These include waterless and polyester plate lithography, as well as the technique of mokolito – the Japanese practice of plywood lithography.


Participating artists: Freida Hjartarson, Beth Shepherd, Katherine Stauble, Murray Dineen, Susan Cartwright, Rod Restivo, Charmaine Swain, Deidre Hierlihy, and Roger Sutcliffe (curator/organizer).
